Most auction sites shows the bidders Max High Bid so if there is a issue or a non paying customer then you can see a backup bid. Is there a way to show the bidders Max High Bid

So we add a seller-only "Bidders / Backup bid" panel on ended auctions in my_auctions.php: a ranked list of distinct bidders showing their highest actual bid, their absentee max (where set)?
